Keeping a journal is a great way to manage stress and is perfect for making sense of suppressed emotions. If things are bothering me or if I feel worried or stressed, I use my journal as a place to write down everything and it acts almost as a transfer by relieving my stress and putting it on paper.
Journals are also a great way to look back on memories. I love having a book where I have let out all my memories, emotions and thoughts and can go back and read about them. In a way its like having my life’s journey and lessons on paper. You can also use it to make sense of what tends to bother you or how you tend to deal with things you face in life. It can really be a useful tool.
This is my second journal that I have almost filled in. I bought it in a book store called Coles in Canada. You can tell its seen its days!
