Fitness Journey: Newest Goal

Hey all,

I hope you have been enjoying my fitness series so far. Feel free to share any feedback or requests, I would love to hear from you.

I have decided to make a new goal for myself. It is officially going to start on Monday, the first of August and I have decided to do the entire month eating all natural and clean with no cheats. This to me means no junk food, fast food, unnatural foods or anything that is not considered healthy. This also means I will be doing some method of exercising everyday for the entire month. I already exercise daily but I am going to continue it for the month and pair it with eating super healthy.

I thought it would be perfect to share this goal on my blog for many reasons. One, it will keep me accountable and committed as I have shared and written it down. Two, I can share with you guys and if anyone wants to do this goal with me, it will be nice to share our journeys and tips. I plan to upload on random days of what I have eaten in a day, my workouts I am doing and my progress.

This is a pretty tough goal, not in regards to the daily workouts but to having no cheats for a month. Don’t get me wrong, I do not think cheating is a bad thing. I have previously written a blog about my thoughts of cheat meals or cheat days, but I have decided to cut it out for this goal.
