Fitness Journey: This Weeks Workouts

I am continuing with my goal, this is the first week and is completed successfully! For those of you who didn’t get to catch my post on my new fitness goal, I have decided to do Monday to Saturday strictly healthy and active, then Sundays be my day of cheats and rest. So you know being as its Sunday I am eating all things bad but delicious. Just being honest.

This week has been a really good week for workouts. I feel energetic, probably because I am fueling my body with really healthy foods all week and I am able to push myself a lot and have seen great progress. This is what I have done for exercises this week:

Monday:

Walk/run for 20 minutes on the beach. Hill runs, about 10-15 minutes. Ab routine.

Tuesday:

10 minute HIIT workout (linked below). Arm workout (also linked below). Ab routine.

 

 

Wednesday:

Ab routine. Lunges and squats 3 sets of 15. Walk/run for 20 minutes. Hill runs for 10 minutes.

Thursday:

Ab routine. 3 sets of 15 lunges and squats. Walk/run 15 minutes.

Friday:

Hill runs for 15 minutes. Ab routine. Arm workout.

Saturday:

Walk/run 15 minutes, hill runs 10 minutes and an ab routine.

Sunday is my rest day.

Btw the featured image of this post is me sitting on a couch made of sand that I found one day working out on the beach. So cool how somebody made it out of sand!
