I have decided to upload another daily diet post. Hopefully it will give you more ideas of meals you can make yourselves and other healthy options.
This day was actually a work day, so I take a bunch of smaller healthy snacks to have throughout the day.
Breakfast: A yogurt bowl with strawberries and blueberries. I put a little bit of blueberry jam on top as I was having a sweet tooth.
Lunch: I normally just have a healthy snack every two hours or so but today I had some leftover sweet potato fries as my main lunch and half for dinner and then had the rest of the snacks throughout the day.
Snack #1: Almonds
Snack #2: Dried Fruit
Snack #3: Apple and Peanut butter
Snack #4: Plum
Dinner: I normally work until late so I pack a dinner to go. Today was a kale salad with beets, cucumber, tomato, sunflower seeds and a little bit of italian dressing.
That was what I ate that day. I try to make sure I have a good amount of protein, healthy fats, fruits and vegetables. Eating clean and healthy always reflects in my moods, my energy levels and generally I feel better all around.
Hopefully this post helped you think of a few healthy snacks that are easy to take on the go.
