Honestly, this recipe is soo delicious and is the definition of comfort food. Maybe a horrible choice if trying to stick to a diet, but perfect for a cozy day and comfort food snack.
It is pretty simple to make as well!
You will need:
2 cans of artichoke hearts (drained)
I package of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese mixed
1 cup of parmesan cheese
1 small onion
1 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons of garlic
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
optional: 1 teaspoon of hot sauce. (we didn’t use the hot sauce and it tasted really good)
Dice up small onion as well as the artichoke hearts. In a separate bowl mix mayonnaise, all cheeses, garlic, lemon juice. Mix in the onion with the cheese dip. Then fold in the artichoke. Spread evenly into a pan and sprinkle extra cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Tastes really good with crackers but can use tortilla chips as well. Honestly so yummy!!
